Southeast Alaska Photo Locations | Ketchikan Family & Couples Photographer

If you’re getting ready to hop on a cruise to Alaska, what better way to remember your trip than booking a family photo session! Whether it’s a honeymoon, an anniversary trip or just a trip to see this spectacular state, getting photos with your loved ones in this beautiful location is something you won’t regret.

There are a variety of location options, all within a quick drive from the cruise ship docks. If you don’t want to deal with transportation, walking around downtown and in the marina makes for a beautiful background too!

If you prefer a beach locale, Refuge Cove State Park, Rotary Beach/Buggy Beach or Settlers Cove State Park are all great options for photos with some stunning greenery as well.

For mountain/lake photo locations, Harriet Hunt Lake is my favorite. It’s a bit of a drive up a dirt/gravel forest road but definitely worth it!
